You will be collected from Roomzzz Aparthotel by one of our experienced negotiators, who will show you the most popular areas and suitable properties. If you sign for a property with us, we will refund the cost of your stay at Roomzzz Aparthotel.

* Advanced payment required for Roomzzz Aparthotel. Maximum two nights stay will be refunded upon contract completion and settlement of the deposit and administration fee.

Reservation requirements

• You must have a visa to stay in the UK.
• You will need to provide a UK Guarantor. If you're unable to do so, you can pay the full year's rent in advance. 
• If you are an international student, you may choose Housing Hand (https://housinghand.co.uk/) as your Guarantor. Please note, to enable you to split the cost of your rent and pay in instalments, Housing Hand charge an annual fee. The price of the annual fee depends on the total rent payable and will be confirmed upon application.
